Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Nursing

  • PMHNP license in NH with DEA certificate (additional licensure in MA strongly preferred)

  • Strong working knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses, medications and treatments prescribed to clients

  • Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work independently as well as within a team

Duties & Expectations:

  • Provide a minimum of 20 billable hours per week

  • Ability to have in person availability to meet demands of practice/clients

  • Complete all required documentation within 24 hours of encounter

  • Attend all staff meetings, case consultation meetings and other required training

  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to best meet the needs of clients

Compensation:

  • Fee-for-service

  • $80-$100 per billable hour (dependent on experience level)

  • Documentation time paid at a separate admin rate

Benefits:

  • Flexible hybrid schedule with no weekend/on-call hours and all major holidays off

  • 2 weeks of PTO per year

  • Monthly case consultation

  • Furnished office space with private restroom

  • Admin team to complete all referral screening, scheduling, intake paperwork distribution, billing and collections, insurance paneling, and general client communications

  • Stipend for required CEU trainings, license fees, etc.

Masters Level Mental Health Interns

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a license-track Masters degree program for a mental health discipline (LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT)

Duties & Expectations:

  • Meet with upwards of 5-10 clients per week and provide individual therapy

  • Ability to have in person availability to meet demand of the practice/clients

  • Complete all required documentation within 24 hours of encounter

  • Attend all staff meetings, case consultation meetings or other required training

  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to best meet the needs of clients

Compensation:

  • Interns do not receive compensation at this time

Benefits:

  • Monthly case consultation

  • Furnished office space with private restroom

  • Admin team to complete all referral screening, scheduling, intake paperwork distribution, billing and collections, insurance paneling, and general client communications

  • Potential to be hired upon completion of program

Licensed or Pre-Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Social Worker/Marriage and Family Therapist

Requirements:

  • Completed approved masters level degree program for license eligibility in the state of NH

    OR

  • Valid LCMHC/LICSW/LMFT in the state of NH.

Duties & Expectations:

  • Provide a minimum of 25 billable hours per week

  • Ability to have in person availability to meet demands of practice/clients

  • Complete all required documentation within 24 hours of encounter

  • Attend all staff meetings, case consultation meetings and other required training

  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to best meet the needs of clients

Compensation:

  • Fee-for-service

  • Beginning at $45 per billable hour (pre-licensed)

  • Beginning at $55 per billable hour (licensed)
